Delta Rebates is an independent Introducing Broker (IB) service that facilitates cashback payments to Exness traders who register their accounts under IB partner code ovqr8pxq08. The Service is offered free of charge to eligible traders. Delta Rebates is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official subsidiary of Exness.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Have a valid Exness trading account that is linked to partner code ovqr8pxq08.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence regarding forex trading and financial services.
  • Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where forex trading or cashback programs are prohibited by law.

4. Cashback Program Rules

The following conditions apply to the cashback program:

  • Cashback is calculated based on the trading volume and commissions paid on your Exness account under our IB network.
  • The cashback rate (up to 90%) is subject to change at the discretion of Delta Rebates and may vary by account type or trading instrument.
  • Cashback payments are processed daily and credited directly to your registered Exness trading account. Processing times may vary.
  • Submitting false, fraudulent, or inaccurate account information will result in immediate disqualification from the program.
  • Delta Rebates reserves the right to withhold or reverse cashback payments if fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms is detected.
  • Only accounts that have completed the registration and verification process on this website are eligible for cashback payments.

5. Risk Disclosure

Forex and CFD trading involve a substantial risk of loss and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work both for and against you. Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. Delta Rebates does not provide investment advice and does not guarantee any specific level of performance or profit. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. Independent Relationship with Exness

Delta Rebates operates as an independent IB partner of Exness. We have no control over Exness trading platforms, account terms, execution quality, or withdrawal policies. Any disputes regarding your trading account must be directed to Exness directly. Delta Rebates is not responsible for actions or decisions taken by Exness.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Submit false or misleading account information.
  • Register multiple accounts to inflate cashback earnings fraudulently.
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Delta Rebates provides this Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delta Rebates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, delays in cashback payments, or third-party service failures.

9. Modifications to the Service and Terms

Delta Rebates reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. These Terms may also be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably via direct communication through our Telegram support channel.
